2. Data Quest Emissary Programme – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 13 May 2025

By participating in the Data Quest Emissary Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:

1. Programme Overview:

You will receive a unique referral code.
Anyone using your code will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase.
You earn 15% commission on the full deal value (before discount) of each successful referral.

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

3. Payment:

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out after the close of each calendar month.
You will be contacted via a secure link to provide your bank/payment details before your first payout.
Payments will be made via Bank Transfer.

4. Tax:

You are responsible for any tax obligations that arise from the referral income you receive.

5. Fraud & Abuse:

Any attempt to game the system (self-referrals, fake sign-ups, etc.) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending payments.
Data Quest reserves the right to audit referral activity.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate participation at any time by written notice. To terminate your participation, please send an email to support@dataquest.world with the subject line “Termination.”
Data Quest reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.

7. Liability:

Data Quest and Insight Consulting (the creators of Data Quest) are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from participating in the programme.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
